Only Gun Milan is Not Enough For Marriage(Keval Gun Milaan Vivaah Tay Karne ke Liye Paryaapt Nahi)

I have seen many people now days fixing marriage based on just the score of Gun Milan or Kundli Milan. This is a dangerous trend because the accuracy of Astrology is questioned in case the marriage fails. 

I have been asked by many people, whose marriage is in trouble, that their horoscope matched perfectly and the score was above 18 but why are they still facing issues in the marriage. My answer to them is only Gun Milan is not sufficient when we match the horoscopes. Ashtkoot Gun Milan, which is also available on many websites, is a coarse indicator of compatibility. Apart from this the horoscopes of both boy and girl should be matched in details by a competent astrologer. Apart from the gunas (kootas), the longevity of the bride and the bridegroom must be considered as well as the agreeability of 7th and 8th houses of the boy and girl should be seen. Detailed analysis of the basic nature of boy and girl should be done to see their compatibility. A holistic view of both the horoscopes should be taken in order to come to a conclusion else both may face issues in their marital lives. 

मैंने आजकल ऐसा कई बार देखा है कि लोग सिर्फ गुण मिलाकर शादी तय कर देते हैं । यह एक खतरनाक प्रचलन है क्योंकि इसकी वजह से ज्योतिष सवालों के घेरे में आ जाता है जब कोई शादी असफल होती है । मुझसे कई लोग पूछते हैं की उनकी कुण्डलियाँ भी मिलवाई गयी थी और उनके गुण मिलान का स्कोर भी 18 से ऊपर था लेकिन फिर भी उनकी शादी में मुश्किल क्यों आई । इस बात पर मेरा उत्तर होता है की सिर्फ गुण मिलान ही काफी नहीं होता। अष्टकूट गुण मिलान जो आजकल कई वेबसाइटस पर भी उपलब्ध होता है केवल एक मोटा मोटा तरीका है वर वधु की अनुकूलता देखने का । इसके अलावा वर और वधु की कुंडलियों का एक अच्छे ज्योतिषी के द्वारा गहन अध्ययन करना बहुत ज़रूरी होता है । गुणों के अलावा वर-वधु की आयु और उनके स्वभाव के कई आयामों का अध्ययन एवं उनके सातवें और आठवें घरों की अनुकूलता देखना भी काफी ज़रूरी होता है । यह सब देखने के बाद ही इस निष्कर्ष पर आना चाहिए की यह विवाह होना चाहिए या नहीं अन्यथा भविष्य में कई मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है ।
