Fulfilling Desires Through Durga Saptshati ( Shri Durga Saptshati ke Path se Kaamna Poorti)

Durga Saptshati is a text describing the victory of Goddess Durga over Demon Mahishasura. It finds its space in Markandeya Purana which is one of the puranas and was written in around 400-500CE. Saptshati means 700. It has 700 verses which are categorized in 13 chapters. Each chapter, when recited, gives a different benefit. Readers can benefit by reciting this great text everyday and get rid of their problems. It gives even more benefit when recited during navratras. Please refer the table below which tells the benefit of reciting each chapter of Durga Saptshati. 

It is originally written in sanskrit but if you can not recite it in sanskrit then the translated versions are also available in book shops and you can buy one of them. 

श्री दुर्गा सप्तशती एक महान काव्य है जिसकी रचना ऋषि मार्कण्डेय ने मार्कण्डेय पुराण में की थी। इस काव्य में देवी दुर्गा की महिषासुर पर विजय का गुणगान किया गया है । इसमें 700 श्लोक हैं जिसकी वजह से इसे सप्तशती कहा जाता है । 700 श्लोक 13 अध्यायों में बांटे गए हैं । हर एक अध्याय का पाठ करने से बहुत लाभ होता है । मैं नीचे एक टेबल दे रहा हूँ जिसमे लिखा हुआ है कि कौनसे अध्याय का पाठ करने से क्या फायदा होता है । पाठक इसका रोज़ पाठ करके सभी इच्छाएं पूर्ण कर सकते हैं । नवरात्रों के दौरान इसका पाठ करने से और भी ज्यादा लाभ होता है । 
वैसे तो यह काव्य संस्कृत में है लेकिन अगर आपको संस्कृत श्लोक पढ़ना में कठिनाई होती है तो आपके इसका हिंदी संस्करण लेकर भी पढ़ सकते हैं ।
