Remedy for Muscle Sprain (Moch ka Upay)

Muscle sprain can happen anytime to anyone. It is very painful. I am giving a remedy here which will ease the pain and help recover the sprain quickly. 

Take some mustard oil in a bowl put it in front of you and recite the following shabar mantra for 21 times with complete concentration. Do not talk to anyone and get distracted by anyone while reciting the mantra. The mustard oil infused with the mantra, will become empowered and have the capacity to cure and relieve sprain quickly. After infusing the oil with mantra, gently massage with this oil on the affected area. Anyone can infuse the oil with mantra.

Do this remedy at least twice daily till the sprain gets healed completely.

Shri Ram Ko Machak Udaai 

Iske Tan Se Turant Peer Bhaagi Jaayi

Na Rahe Rog Peeda Foonke Hui Sab Paani

Amuk Ki Vyatha Chhod Bhaag Tu Machkaani

Na Bhaage Peeda To Mahadev Ki Duhaai

Aadesh Siya Ram Lakhan Gusaai

Replace "Amuk" in the above mantra with the name of the patient. 

मोच कहीं भी और किसी को भी आ सकती है । ये काफी दर्दनाक होती है । मैं यहाँ एक उपाय दे रहा हूँ जिससे मोच का दर्द बहुत जल्दी ठीक हो जाता है और मोच भी ठीक हो जाती है । 

एक कटोरी में थोडा सा सरसों का तेल लें । अब इसे अपने सामने रखें और बिना किसी से बात किये हुए पूरी एकाग्रता से नीचे दिए हुए शाबर मंत्र को 21 बार पढ़ें । ऐसा करने से सरसों का तेल अभिमंत्रित हो जाएगा और इसमें दर्द और मोच को ठीक करने की शक्ति आ जायेगी । तेल को अभिमंत्रित करने के बाद इस तेल से धीरे धीरे मोच वाली जगह पर मालिश करिए । तेल को कोई भी अभिमंत्रित कर सकता है । 

इस उपाय को रोज़ दिन में दो बार करें जब तक मोच ठीक न हो जाए । 

ॐ नमो आदेश गुरु को । 

श्री राम को मचक उड़ाई । 

इसके तन से तुरंत पीर भागि जाई । 

न रहे रोग पीड़ा फूंके हुई सब पानी । 

अमुक की व्यथा छोड़ भाग तू मचकानी । 

न भागे पीड़ा तो महादेव की दुहाई । 

आदेश सिया राम लखन गुसाई ।  

ऊपर दिए गए मंत्र में जहाँ "अमुक" लिखा हुआ है उसकी जगह पर पीड़ित व्यक्ति का नाम बोलिए ।
